Day 7 is the very last day of GM Diet Plan. Today your system is totally under control and you are looking much better then what you were looking on day one. Today you will be see significant weight loss and you will be feeling and looking great and you will feel more active.

If you stick to the plan, then your chances of losing 3 lbs on the first day are very good.

Day 2 (Vegetables Day): You don’t have to starve yourself like other diets. Eat until you’re stuffed with different kinds of vegetables either in the raw or cooked form of your choice. In order to get the complex carbohydrates for your body, you’ll have to start your day (breakfast) with a large baked/boiled potato. But, remember not to eat Potatoes for the rest of the day.

Day 3 (Fruits & Vegetables): Your choice. Any amount and quantity of fruits and vegetables on this day. But, stay away from Bananas and Potatoes for today. 

Day 4 (Bananas & Milk): On the fourth day, you’ll need sodium and potassium which you can get from the Milk and Bananas. You can eat 8 Bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk (250ml each) on this day during the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wonder soup a.k.a cabbage soup may be eaten (limited) during the evening time.

Day 5 (Beef & Tomatoes): You should eat 10 oz. portions of lean beef (or) make a hamburger with it if needed. Along with it, you’ll need to eat 6 whole tomatoes during the day. Today, you should increase your water consumption by 2 glasses as it will help in cleansing your system of the Uric acid you’ll be producing because of the foods you eat today.

Day 6 (Beef & Vegetables): On the sixth day, you can eat unlimited amounts of Beef and vegetables of your choice. You can also prepare a soup with Beef and preferred vegetables for a change.

GM Diet Day 6: General Motors Diet Plan

Welcome to the day 6 of the GM diet plan. Unlike the day 5, you’re not only allowed to eat beef, but can also include a variety of vegetables in your diet, which is why this day is popularly called as a feast day or cheat day by the GM diet followers. Since your body will crave for fresh greens, the day 6 consists of fresh vegetables and beef, which is a great source of protein.

You will notice several changes in your overall looks by this day and the followers are expected to see a weight loss of up to 10 lbs. Not only that, you can find your skin glowing, thanks to the vegetable-fruits consumption.

How to Prepare Your Body for GM Diet Day 6?

Your body is already in a mood of losing extra fat since your metabolic process has increased. Therefore, it will require more protein for muscle development and fiber to energize you on day 6. That being said, you can get protein from beef while the vegetables are a big source of fiber. Unlike the other days, you can perform strenuous activities on this day as you’ll be having enough carbs to do so.

  1. Breakfast (8 to 9 AM): 1 bowl of soup made with beef and vegetables + 1-2 glasses of water.
  2. Snack (11 AM): Green salad with 2-3 glasses of water.
  3. Lunch (12 to 1 PM): Asian style mixed vegetables combined with Beef or Chicken. (or) vegetable soup with hamburger.
  4. Snack (4 PM): Beef withe 2-3 glasses of water.
  5. Dinner (6 to 7 PM): 1 bowl of cabbage soup and a hamburger.

Like the previous day, try to consume enough water as it can help you get rid of unnecessary nutrients you got from the beef.

Ingredients: (3 servings)

  • Broccoli – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Bell pepper – 1
  • Beef cubes – 6
  • Onion – 1

How to Prepare?

Slice all the ingredients into quarters and skew them together (2 to 3 beef cubes per stick) on barbecue sticks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill them in an oven or on an open fire until it becomes soft.

GM Diet Day 5: General Motors Diet Plan

Welcome to the day 5 of the General Motors diet plan. Today is a big surprise for you. Unlike the other days (1 to 4) where you’ll be eating just fruits and vegetables, on this day you can eat meat. Yes! You heard it right! You’re allowed to eat beef along with tomatoes. Beef is a very rich source of protein and fiber and you don’t have to consume it in large quantities to fulfill your appetite. So, you’ll be getting less fat and more proteins by eating beef and tomatoes.

How to Prepare Your Body for GM Diet Day 5?

Just like the fourth day where the followers are allowed to have milk and bananas, on the fifth day they should only fix to beef and tomatoes. Like the last day, the loss of appetite will continue to this day too, which is why it is suggested to eat only small servings of beef during the meals. When beef mixed with tomatoes will taste good.

You can perform some strenuous activities on this day since you’ll be having enough strength to do so on this day, thanks to the meat.

You can eat up to 500gms of beef and 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Whenever you feel hungry, you can drink water to suppress your appetite.

  1. Breakfast (8 to 9 AM): 1 bowl of soup made with beef and tomatoes + 2-3 glasses of water.
  2. Lunch (12 to 1 PM): 1 baked hamburger patty with tomatoes and 2-3 glasses of water.
  3. Dinner (6 to 7 PM): 1 bowl of soup (beef and tomatoes) + 2-3 glasses of water.

Note: On this day, you’ll need to increase the intake of water from 8-10 glasses to 10-12 glasses. So, try to consume enough water in between the meals too. Doing so will help in getting rid of unnecessary nutrients provided by the beef.

The day 5 diet helps you retain the Iron, Fiber and Protein which you missed on Day 1, day 2, day 3 and day 4.

 

GM Diet Day 4: General Motors Diet Plan

Welcome to the day 4 of the General Motors diet plan. If you’ve successfully completed the first three days of the diet without cheating, you’ll surely lose upto 5 to 7 pounds by today. On this day, you’re allowed to have Bananas and Milk.

Unlike the first 3 days of the GM diet, there is a limit in the consumption of the foods you consume today. Since your body has already got sugar from fruits, fiber from vegetables and its already sustained appetite, it would no longer respond to the taste of Bananas.

How to Prepare Your Body for GM Diet Day 4?

The fourth day of the General Motors diet is pretty easy when compared to the rest of the days. You can also perform various physical exercises on this day since you’ll have enough strength, thanks to the milk and bananas.

As the followers (you) have already gone through the detoxifying process in the first 3 days, they’ll be more enthusiastic and cheerful while performing strenuous activities.

You can eat up to 6 Bananas and 750 ml of Milk on this day. Whenever you feel hungry, you can consume cabbage soup a.k.a wonder soup, which is prepared with Cabbage, carrot and tomatoes.

  1. Breakfast (8 to 9 AM): 1 Banana and 1 glass (250ml) of warm milk.
  2. Mid-morning Snack (10 to 11 AM): 2 Bananas and 250ml of milk (at room temperature). Prepare a shake using both and make sure not to add sugar in it.
  3. Lunch (12 to 1 PM): 1 bowl of Cabbage soup and 2 glasses of water.
  4. Afternoon Snack (4 to 5 PM): 2 Bananas and 250ml of milk (at room temperature). Prepare a shake using both and make sure not to add sugar in it.
  5. Dinner (6 to 7 PM): 1 bowl of Cabbage soup and 2 glasses of water.

The day 4 diet helps you retain the Potassium and Sodium which you missed on Day 1, day 2 and day 3.

GM Diet Day 3: General Motors Diet Plan

Welcome to the day 3 of the General Motors diet plan. If you’ve successfully completed the first two days of the diet without cheating, you’ll surely lose upto 4 to 6 pounds by today. On this day, you’re allowed to eat both vegetables and fruits excluding Bananas and Potatoes.

There is no limit on the consumption of vegetables or fruits on this day. Also find Day 1 and Day 2 menu.

How to Prepare Your Body for GM Diet Day 3?

The GM diet followers are only allowed to eat vegetables and fruits on the third day. Since you’re depending solely on fruits and veggies, which you’re not used to, you’ll experience a slight headache on this day. So, it is advised to increase your water intake by 2 glasses (total 10 glasses) on this day.

Also, try to perform some breathing exercises before starting the day 3 diet (in the morning) as it will help in releasing the tensions garnered from first and second days.

Note: Don’t drink any fruit juices on this day as you’ll be getting lots of sugar. Try to eat them raw for better results.

Breakfast (8 to 9 AM): 1 cup of diced Apple or 1 bowl of Watermelon and 2 glasses of water.
Mid-morning Snack (10 to 11 AM): 1 bowl of Papaya + Cantaloupe and 2 glasses of water.
Lunch (12 to 1 PM): 1 bowl of Cabbage soup or vegetable salaad and 1 glass of water.
Afternoon Snack (4 to 5 PM): 1 Orange/Kiwi/Sweet Lime or 1 bowl Watermelon and 2 glasses of water.

Make sure that you finish your dinner by 7PM and have at least 8 hours of sleep.

 

GM Diet Day 2: General Motors Diet Plan

Welcome to the day 2 of the General Motors diet plan. If you’ve followed the diet without cheating, you’ll surely lose up to 3 pounds on the first day itself. Similar to the GM diet day 1, the second day also contains selected foods. On this day, you’re allowed to eat only vegetables.

On the first day, you’ve got sugar from the fruits while today you’ll be getting fiber from the vegetables. It also helps in boosting your metabolic process.

How to Prepare Your Body for GM Diet Day 2?

The GM diet followers are only allowed to eat vegetables on the second day. Since only fruits are consumed on day 1, you might feel lightheaded due to the missing carbohydrates. Luckily, the foods which you eat on day 2 will be easily digested by the gastrointestinal tract.

Try to avoid consumption of Alcohol during this diet plan. Since, the alcoholic beverages contain nothing but calories, you’ll gain more weight instead of losing it.

Make sure that you finish your dinner by 7PM and have at least 8 hours of sleep. The main target of today’s diet is to cleanse your digestive system and at the same time increase your metabolic rate so that it helps in fastening the weight loss process in the following days of the diet plan.

In case if you’re too hesitant to drink water the whole day, you can drink Coconut water in its place.
